Cancellation Policy
Traveler's may cancel their reservation within 24 hours after booking and receive a full refund , as long as the guest cancels at least 14 days before check-in (time shown in the confirmation email). Full refund if cancelled 45 days prior to check-in less a 3% payment processing fee and $75 CAD administration fee. After that, guests can cancel up to 14 days before check-in and get a 50% refund of the nightly rate and the cleaning fee, minus a 3% payment processing fee and $75 CAD administration fee.
Changing Dates
Please give us as much notices as possible if you need to change the dates of your stay. Date changes are treated as cancellations and rebooking, and therefore may be subject to fees or only partial refunds if we are not able to re-rent the suite.
