House Rules

We prefer not to use the term "House Rules"—we want everyone to have a great time and enjoy themselves. Still, here are some requests to help make your stay more enjoyable and to protect our suite:

Please remove shoes while in the home.

Absolutely no animals—unfortunately, pets are prohibited due to severe allergies.

No smoking, not even on balconies or patios, as per the building's bylaws.

The building has a quiet time starting at 10 PM. Please respect that.

HOT TUB

Please do not bring glassware into the tub. There are plastic glasses available.

Keep the lid on the tub at all times when not in use to maintain heat otherwise the tub may not be warm enough for bathing.

CHECKOUT:

Checkout time is before 11:00 AM. No need to formally check out.

Dishwasher: Please load any dirty dishes in the dishwasher and turn it on before departure. Your assistance with larger pots is appreciated if used.

Towels: Gather used towels and leave them on the floor in either bathroom.

Recycling: Remove all garbage and recycling from the suite upon departure. Garbage and recycling are located at the top of the Parkade ramp. Only corrugated cardboard and returnable bottles can be recycled in Canmore. Cardboard goes in the green recycling bin, and returnable bottles go in the designated area. Additional cleaning fees will apply for garbage left behind.

If you're rushed and unable to tidy up, no problem—our cleaning staff can handle it, but an extra cleaning fee will apply per additional hour of effort.

About a week before your arrival, we'll email you a document with detailed information about checking in, parking, and the suite. Please read through it and contact us with any questions or concerns.

The space
Our two-story Penthouse loft offers 1,733 sq. ft. of luxurious living space and a large deck with outdoor living area and six-person hot tub.

The suite offers:

A spacious upstairs Master Bedroom: Spacious with walk-in closet, large bathroom, and king-sized bed.

Main Floor Bedroom: King-size bed, which can be split into two twin beds upon request. (Please give 48 hours notice or a charge may apply)

Den: Features a very comfortable Queen Murphy wall bed.

Main Floor: Large bathroom, fully equipped gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar, and a spacious living and dining area.

Enjoy your private rooftop patio with a six-person hot tub and a main floor balcony equipped with a BBQ.

We provide complimentary WiFi and access to the heated indoor swimming pool, water-slide, and The Grande Kitchen + Bar located on the main floor of the building.

Additional amenities include two secured parking spaces in the heated underground parkade, in-suite laundry, and comfortable patio furniture on both the main floor balcony and rooftop patio.

Please note that pets are not allowed, and the suite including the balcony and patio are a smoke-free environment.
Guest access
Guests have full access to all parts of the home.

Please be aware this property is not wheelchair accessible, and you will need to use stairs inside the split-level suite. An elevator is available near the underground heated parking spots, making it easy to bring luggage to the room, but the suite itself requires stairs for access to the main floor and second level.

Remember to enjoy the indoor/outdoor hot tub, pool, waterslide, and children's pool/fountains on the main floor, especially if you're traveling with children.

Guests also have access to a shared gym (small but well equipped) on the second floor.
Additional notes
The building houses an upscale restaurant, The Grande. We have always had fantastic meals there, though the restaurant receives mixed reviews, so we encourage you to check its current status on TripAdvisor.

**We’re excited to share that our building is undergoing hallway renovations to enhance your experience, starting March 4, 2025! While they strive to minimize disruption, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. Additionally, please note that the building’s pool, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and kiddie pool will be closed from April 13–18, 2025, for annual maintenance. You will still have unlimited access to your private roof top hot tub during your stay.**

***Please note that the Techno showers on the main floor are aging, and their continued performance cannot be guaranteed. The shower functions as a regular shower, but the remote and additional features may not always work. The steam function is no longer operational in any of the showers. We are in the process of replacing them. Thank you for your patience and understanding.***

We have an excellent onsite team ready to assist you. If they are unavailable, you can almost always reach us on our cell phone at any time. We also provide a guidebook on Airbnb with recommended activities and restaurants.

Non-emergency support and amenities top-ups are available daily from 11 am to 4 pm.
Neighborhood overview
Canmore is a fantastic little town full of indoor and outdoor activities! it's much less touristy and crowded than Banff (10-15 minutes away), but (in our opinion) has much better restaurants and amenities.

Main Street is a fun walk with lots of great shops. Don't miss Elevation Place, Canmore's community centre. Take the kids there and watch them learn to rock climb. The self-repelling system means they will stay safe and be able to push their limits. We've seen kids as young as 2 years old climbing there.

We think you will love Canmore. Please let us know what adventures and great food you find here and we'll be sure to pass it on to our other guests.
Getting around
The suite comes with two heated underground parking stalls very close to the elevator. Taxis are available in Canmore.

The main part of town is less than 1km from your front door if you use the pedestrian rail crossing and has great dining and small shops.
